We successfully transformed a single-family home into a two-unit property, maximizing its investment potential for our client, Roxanne. She aimed to renovate the main floor while converting the basement into a legal suite. Despite the efforts of two previous contractors who struggled to realize her vision, we are pleased to say that we were the "third charm" in this endeavour.
For over three months, we meticulously managed a comprehensive renovation and conversion, ensuring compliance with all legislative standards.
