The ARdeco team recently embarked on an exciting new project, converting a previously under-used basement into a state-of-the-art two-bedroom apartment with a lavish 4-piece bathroom. This project was unique as a commissioned service by a duo of savvy investors utilizing the BRRRR (Buy, Rehab, Rent, Refinance, Repeat) strategy. One of the owners, who had already seen how brilliant our work was, didn't interfere and again left it up to us to bring his dream into reality. Our leading designer, Abi, was given a carte blanche as long as she came up with a sleek and cutting-edge design. The result? It is a perfect blend of functionality and elegance.
