Mr. Ramirez approached the ARdeco team seeking expert assistance in developing his basement, having inherited this project from a previous contractor who could not fulfill their obligations. Our client envisioned a meticulously crafted space that would comply with all necessary permits, which the former contractor could not secure.
We stepped in to completely reconfigure the basement, aligning our design with Mr. Ramirez's goals of creating a sophisticated area featuring a small bar, one bedroom, and a den. Additionally, we ensured the inclusion of a laundry space for added convenience, facilitating a more comfortable lifestyle for his son. Our design harmoniously integrates with the existing aesthetics of the home while incorporating the signature ARdeco touch, resulting in a luxurious and functional living environment.
